Kettle!!

I write a LOT about losing weight and getting into shape. I am what some people would consider a “small” girl, and so many people think that just because I am small, that I am in shape. That is NOT true. So I have been thinking quite a bit these last few days and I believe I am going to come up with a workout routine that best fits me and targets the areas that I want to change. As I was looking up some different routines I came across this cool thing called the Kettlebell. It is total body fitness in just 20 minutes a day..now..that is my kind of work out. It works cardio, resistance and FULL BODY!
