It is absolutely freezing here. I mean literally…I think its like 18degrees today. I live in Tennessee, so this is VERY, VERY cold. It doesnt normally get this cold during the winter, but it has been like this for a good few days now. Tonight, we are supposed to get snow. If we do, I am expecting everything to shut down as normal, despite the fact we are only supposed to get about 2 inches and it will probably melt by the middle of the day.

See….people here in Nashville, and probably all of Tennessee absolutely FREAK when we get winter weather. Lets face it, we just arent used to it…so it scares us. We run out to the nearest grocery store and buy everything in the place. They have already started to salt the roads, and if people have to get out in it..they drive insanely because they are sooo scared.

So, needless to say over the next couple of days I want to be nice and cozy here in my bedroom! I have pretty much everything I need, although an electric blanket would be really, really nice. I live in a basement apartment, so it stays very cold in here despite the fact that we have heat, and it is very much on. Its just that it doesnt heat up this whole apartment, and especially not my room
